Return Policy

We want you to love what you order! However, if for some reason you don't, we are more than happy to accept returns for store credit & exchanges up to 15 days from the delivery date. See below for full eligibility.

Please Note: Store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not give refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit will not expire.

Sale, Discounted or Final Sale items are NOT eligible for returns.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. All items will ship via USPS. We charge a flat shipping rate of $7 for all orders and FREE for all orders over $75!

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please Note we only currently ship within the US.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Please note that these are approximate and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other reasons, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. If an order has already been shipped or is in the process of being produced or shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

Lost, Damaged or Misdelivered Packages

In the event that your package is lost during transit or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide resources in order to initiate an investigation and/or claim with the shipping carrier. Once the item has left our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not provide replacements or refunds.

If a package is showing delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we will do everything we can to assist you in attempting to locate the package. This includes providing resources for filing a claim or initiating a package trace. However, once the tracking shows delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package and will not offer refunds or replacements.
